Fingerprint request instructions and the native form will appear here after the workflow is finalized.

SECURE COLLECTION NOT YET OPEN

Step 2 · Background Check Information Form

A UEID and an IdentoGO enrollment confirmation upload will both be required. Neither a UEID nor an uploaded confirmation establishes fingerprint completion or clearance.

Collection will open only after server-side storage, authorization, encryption and access controls are confirmed.
